Sustained release dosage forms
The aim of this course is to deepen the use of Biopharmaceutics and Pharmacokinetics as a tool in the design and evaluation of sustained release dosage forms. Aspects such as analysis and interpretation of dissolution curves, correlations in vitro-in vivo (IVIVC), convolution and deconvolution, FDA and EMEA regulations, among others, will be covered in the course as well as in the practical approach and case studies.
