USALA Laboratory is an innovative spin-off in pharmaceutical R & D created to promote business diversification and transformation of the outcomes of the processes of scientific research and technological development for economic growth and job creation. USALA Laboratory was founded in 2004, by the University of Salamanca and a group of scientists and private investors, resulting in an ambitious collaborative project focused on creating a pharmaceutical R & D laboratory serving the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and veterinary industry, working under the strictest quality standards and in accordance with the requirements of regulatory agencies.
The idea of creating USALA laboratory born from the demand in the health care sector coupled with the demand in the field of R & D that enables specialization and thus innovation. The location of the laboratories USALA in the Science Park of the University of Salamanca allows for the development of a comprehensive plan of research projects focused on the pharmaceutical sector.
